After a fall and broken ankle, my wife temporarily needs a hospital bed. Every time the head of the bed is elevated, the fitted sheet comes loose where the mattress bends. The loosened sheet leaves her lying on a bunch of wrinkles. As soon as I put these straps on the sheet, the problem was solved. The sheet stays in place with the head and foot are elevated and she does not end up lying on uncomfortable wrinkles.The clips grasp the sheet tightly, but the way they are made and the nylon material means they don't tear the sheet even with quite a bit of stress on the clip. They do not come loose as she moves around on the bed or gets on and off the mattress. In short, these clips is exactly what I was looking for. I will be using the second set on our queen size mattress, which also tends to come loose with resulting wrinkles.These are so very worth the few dollars.
